Simply put, we will become your surrogate landlord- handling the entire rental process from start to finish and taking care of your property as if it were our own.
How it works:

We run your property through our HMO Health Check to determine your monthly guaranteed rent.

Your property receives a professional makeover.

We house the property with suitable tenants, taking on full management and payment of minor maintenance, utilities, cleaning, gardening (if required), and council tax.

At the end of the agreement, you can choose to either continue our services, or have the property returned to you in a condition that meets or exceeds the high standards agreed upon in the contract.
